2. To campaign on behalf of The Radcliffe remaining a viable pub.
3. To centralise all available information, documents, contacts and expertise to achieve this.
4. To find a solution in the form of new owner/operators for The Radcliffe.
5. To locate and engage with private, commercial or community buyers for The Radcliffe.
6. To qualify and supply those leads transparently to the current Owners/Developers.
7. To ensure that the integrity of the NHDC Planning process is maintained.
8. To ensure that communications to NHDC Planning are accurate and represent the community and residents of Hitchin accurately.
9. To ensure that all NHDC requirements are adhered to regarding the building, conservation area and Planning process while the pub remains closed and unoccupied.
